A Culinary Pilgrimage from Kathmandu to Silicon Valley.
Every dish at Everest Cuisine is a sensory journey through the vertical lands of Nepal—from the lush valley floor of Kathmandu to the windswept peaks of the high Himalayas. We honor the slow methods, the ancient clay ovens, and the mountain herbs that define our heritage.
Our signature momos are hand-pleated daily using traditional techniques passed down through generations. To capture authentic mountain flavors, we blend our dishes with wild-harvested Timur (Himalayan Sichuan Pepper) sourced directly from the remote hillsides of Nepal, offering a citrusy, numbing depth that cannot be replicated.
Discover the rigorous culinary discipline and time-honored methods that define Everest Cuisine.
Our garlic naans and tandoori rotis are fermented slowly for 72 hours. This develops a beautiful chewy structure, complex rustic crumb, and easy digestibility.
We roast our seekh kababs, tandoori tikka skewers, and flatbreads inside an authentic clay-lined stone tandoor fired at over 800°F. This creates that iconic smoky char and soft interior.
We grind cardamoms, cinnamons, and wild Nepalese timur peppercorns daily on traditional stone rollers. This releases rich volatile oils, ensuring intense flavor depth in every curry bowl.
